Tricycall is Developed by Luminescence from Gordon College, our mission is to connect passengers and drivers with ease.

• C) Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use of the platform.

2. Service Area

• A) The scope of Tricycall’s services is limited to the zone for green tricycles operating from the Olongapo Market to SM Downtown Olongapo.
• B) Users within this area are eligible to use the app for booking tricycles.
• C) We do not provide services outside this designated zone.

3. Fare Policy

• A) Fare rates are calculated based on distance, time, and location, with a base fare starting at PHP 30.00 and additional PHP 10.00 per km.
• B) Dynamic pricing may apply during peak hours or high demand.
• C) Passengers will be informed of the fare estimate before confirming a booking.
• D) Drivers are entitled to the full fare amount minus any applicable service fees retained by Tricycall.

4. Responsibilities of Passengers

• A) Ensure accurate pick-up and drop-off locations when booking a ride.
• B) Be ready at the pick-up location at the scheduled time to avoid delays.
• C) Respect drivers and adhere to local traffic and safety rules during the trip.
• D) Report any issues or complaints through the app's support system.

5. Responsibilities of Drivers

• A) Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards passengers.
• B) Keep your vehicle in good condition and comply with local regulations.
• C) Use the app to accurately indicate your availability (online/offline status).
• D) Complete accepted bookings promptly and fairly.

6. Limitations of Liability

Tricycall is a platform that connects passengers and drivers. We are not responsible for any disputes, accidents, or damages occurring during trips. Users are encouraged to act responsibly and report issues when necessary.

7. Changes to the Terms

Tricycall reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through the app or our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
